Rich Allen Bio
Former Pro athlete with 20+ years of experience in scaling and training sales teams, and coaching C-suite executives, high-caliber sales professionals, and elite athletes in mental performance and mental health. Having retired from professional sport in 2013, Rich successfully transitioned into business leadership and entrepreneurship, serving as Head of Brand Partnerships for the NASCAR™ #98 team and as the co-founding Executive Director of the Professional Triathletes Organization. He later became the exclusive US distributor for the British triathlon brand Zone3™ and went on to found and serve as CEO of Stingray™, a Florida-based lifestyle gear brand. Rich sold the Stingray™ brand assets in 2023 and, following several short-term sales consultancy roles, was appointed Head of Sales for Inside Success TV™ where he leads the onboarding, training, development, and KPI performance of 140+ high ticket sales closers. Outside of this role, he works with the world’s elite to achieve mental health equilibrium and maximize mental performance. Rich was a Pro athlete for 21 years, supported by Nike™, Gatorade™, and the British Olympic World Class Performance Program, among others. Over the course of his career, he won 9× National Pro Championship titles, earned 7× Ironman™ event Pro podiums, and secured 2× U21 World Championship silver medals. Rich also claimed Pro victories at iconic events including the London Triathlon, Ironman™ 70.3 UK, and Powerman™ UK. He remains the only British triathlete in history to have won National Pro Championship titles across Sprint, Olympic, and Long-Distance triathlon, as well as Duathlon. Rich proudly represented Scotland at the Manchester Commonwealth Games and Great Britain at the Sydney Olympic Games [DNS]. His work helps athletes map out career pathways and transition into successful post-sport careers. As the starting point of the programs, Rich coaches athlete clients in mental health, removing the stigma, ensuring access to appropriate clinical care, and mapping out sustainable, long-term support.
