Rich Allen was a Pro Triathlete for 21 years, supported by Nike™, Gatorade™, Adidas™, and the British Olympic World Class Performance Program, among others. During his Professional career he achieved 9x National Championship titles and 7x Ironman™ event podiums, as well as winning iconic races such as the London Triathlon and Ironman™ 70.3 UK. Rich is the only British Professional Triathlete in history, male or female, to have won National Championships at Sprint distance, Olympic distance, Long distance, and Duathlon, and over multiple years. He was part of the British Sydney 2000 Olympic Games squad (DNS) and the Scottish Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games team. While racing professionally, Rich also worked as a mindset, health and fitness coach with more than 200 amateur triathletes, corporate leaders, and public figures. Since retiring in 2013 he has worked as Head of Partnerships for the NASCAR™ motorsports #98 team, and as Executive Director for the Professional Triathletes Organization, before founding Swimray LLC, which was initially the exclusive US distributor of Zone3™, and later the founding company, manufacturer, and global distributor of Stingray™. Having sold the Stingray™ brand assets in 2023, Rich is now a sports industry innovator in commercial growth, corporate partnerships, sports marketing, merchandise sales, and VIP client services. He lives in St Petersburg, Florida, with his family, and enjoys open water swimming, trail running, and paddle boarding.
